Wonder Wheeler Review

Wonder Wheeler Review

I bought the WonderWheeler with the extra-wide rear wheels after considerable searching over 3 months on the Internet -- ironically, I got it at Costco for just $45 a couple of weeks ago, so if you're a member, check it out. When I unpacked it, I found scratches on the tubing near the lock and in 2 other places, even though the factory applies shrinkwrap to help prevent this. It was easy to assemble, although the drawings and instructions for placing the spacers and the washers on the axle weren't clear -- you have to just use common sense. It does hold a TON of items, and as other reviewers have stated, you need to be careful not to overload; 100 lbs. is a lot of weight, and I'm not convinced the cart would be manageable with that much weight. A 16- or 24-qt. cooler fits fine under the cart, and the front will hold up to 4 standard or 2 XL folding beach chairs. Have used it twice, and so far, it's holding up, although I'm skeptical about the durability of the grommets on the rear fabric storage pack after it's used numerous times with a full load. The bottom fabric holder for the top of an umbrella is located too far down the frame, and rubs on the right front wheel.

One thing you MUST remember -- and this is noted and underlined at the top of the instruction sheet: This beach cart is designed to be PULLED, not PUSHED, in the sand. PULL it, don't PUSH it. Remember, if you have a loaded cooler, it will weigh the fabric down, which will cause it to drag in the sand or on a level surface. I wouldn't even advise to push it on a boardwalk or any level surface if the front is weighed down considerably -- it just doesn't navigate well that way, even with the spring-loaded front wheels.

  1. Shirts and shorts or even pants can be agreeable and search fine for a shoreline photograph shoot. For aggregate shots, ensure nobody is wearing a thing that will overpower everything else in the photograph. Beach Carts
